    Yes, creating an account is required.


    How far in advance should I book my wedding suits?

    This all depends on your wedding date. If the wedding is taking place during a popular month such as April, May, June, July and October then ideally one would need to book at least a year in advance.

    What sizes do you stock?

    Sizes vary according to suit model. We stock all sizes for children and adults, however any unavailable sizes can be custom made.

    When do my groomsmen come for fittings?

    Fittings should be held from four to six weeks prior to the wedding.

    My relatives live abroad. What is the latest date they can come for a fitting?

    For those arriving last minute, measurements may be sent via email and fittings can be done up to a day before the wedding.

    How can the groom stand out in the same tuxedo as his groomsmen?

    Choose one or two small details like a pocket square, neck tie, a fancier flower or different waist coat.

    Is it possible to change the suit style even after placing a booking?

    It is possible to change the suit style up to one month before the wedding, subject to availability.

    When can I collect my wedding suits?

    Suits may be collected from a week prior to the wedding.

    Are all your suits on the website?

    No, our collection is constantly changing so to see the whole collection you would need to visit the shop to view them.


    How can I choose the right style?

    Choosing the right style is about balancing features – the shape of your face and height. At The Groom Collection we are experts in assisting you to find the perfect piece.

    What should I bring along with me to choose a headpiece?

    Bring your outfit or accessories and then you can try on different styles of hats, headpieces and fascinators.

    Are all your hats on the website?

    No, our collection is constantly changing so to see the whole collection you would need to visit the shop to view them.

    How far in advance do I need to book my hat/fascinator?

    If you want a specific piece for a popular month then it is advisable to book as early as possible. However, we have a vast array to choose from so even if you need a hat at the last minute, there’s usually one for you amongst the collection.

    How can I collect and return my hat?

    You may collect your hat/fascinator two days prior to your event and return the following day.

    What about the weather, what do I do if it rains or is windy?

    As we do not have control over the weather, we ask you to treat your hat with utmost care. Please ensure to use an umbrella as hats and rain do not mix!


    When is the ideal time to book my graduation attire?

    It is best to book your gown once ceremony dates are out.

    I’m not sure what degree I am on.

    Unfortunately, we are unable to tell you what you have been studying for, please ask your course tutor or the university or college registry.

    Does one size fit all?

    No, our gowns and head wear are available in a variety of sizes which is why it is best to try on the gown for the perfect fit. If you are booking online, you may use the size guide provided.

    When can I collect/return the gown?

    Graduation attire should be collected one day before the ceremony and returned the day after.

    What if my graduation is held on a Monday? When would I collect my gown?

    In this case collection would be on a Saturday
